A: Nope! The book is included, and we’ll be working through its teachings together — no homework, just embodiment.
Q: Can I do the course if my period is irregular or missing?
A: Absolutely. The course is lunar-aligned, which supports all women — cycling or not.
Q: Is this a live course?
A: It’s a guided container starting July 20th. You’ll receive voice notes, support, and prompts daily via WhatsApp. The yoga, meditation and fitness videos are pre-recorded and can be practised at your leisure.
