Hormone Reset: 22-day Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse
From Sensory Overload to Inner Harmony.
An Ayurvedic Initiation for the Sensitive Perimenopausal Woman.
Restore Your Energy, Balance Your Hormones, and Reconnect with Your Sacred Rhythms.
Your hormones are changing. Your story is, too.
Perimenopause isn’t just a hormonal shift. For highly sensitive women, it can feel like a full-body recalibration. Your senses sharpen, the world feels louder, and even your skin can seem unfamiliar. If you’re tired of pushing through and craving a gentler path, consider this your invitation to pause and listen.
The 22-Day Hormone Reset is more than a cleanse. It’s a guided initiation into your Second Spring. This journey honours the natural tides of perimenopause, helping you navigate the ebb and flow with steadiness and grace. It supports you as you step into a new chapter, letting go of old patterns while a more intuitive you begins to emerge.
The Winds of Change - Embrace Your New Season
You’re doing all the things - eating healthy, practising yoga, and going for daily walks, but you’re still not feeling quite yourself. By all accounts, you should feel vibrant—yet, the brain fog still rolls in without warning, and your energy feels like a flickering candle in the wind.
As a highly sensitive woman, perimenopause isn't just a hormonal shift; it feels like a total sensory overload. It’s exhausting to navigate a world that feels too loud when your internal battery is constantly draining and to keep performing when your internal rhythm is shifting.
I’m not here to give you another "to-do" list to conquer perimenopause.
I am here to offer you a sanctuary.
A space where it is finally okay to slow down, to rest when the world feels too loud, and to stop apologising for what your body needs.
I see you, and I am here to hold space for your emergence.
True balance during this transition doesn’t come from pushing harder. It’s about honouring the shift and responding to it with care.
This work goes beyond generic wellness advice. We draw on ancient wisdom and modern science to support you in a way that fits your life and your body.
Through Ayurveda, Yoga, and Mindfulness, we’ll build your personal "toolbox"—rituals like Abhyanga (self-massage), aromatherapy, and breathing practices that help you ground when your energy shifts.
Working with me is the bridge to your new self.
Are you ready to rewrite your story?
After our time together, your world looks different because you look at yourself differently. You:
• Prioritise Self-care: You’ll have a dedicated self-care practice that protects your energy from the "noise" of the world and keeps you calm and centred.
• Trust Your Intuition: You’ll learn to listen to your inner rhythms rather than fighting them.
• Self Acceptance: You move from frustration to a deep honouring of this transition, learning to balance your doshas and cultivate peace, even as your internal rhythm shifts.
Perimenopause is unpredictable, but your self-love doesn't have to be. Let’s create your sanctuary.
A sacred space you can turn to when the world feels too much, and you need time for yourself.
You won't just be "surviving" perimenopause; you’ll be balancing your doshas and embracing this transition as a sacred rite of passage.
It’s time to stop fighting your body and start loving the woman you are becoming.
Let’s rewrite your story together...
Your Heroine’s Journey: Return to Your Heart
The old ways of being no longer work. It’s time to cross the threshold into a new version of yourself.
For years, you have tended to everyone else’s needs. Now, your body is calling you back.
Perimenopause is your sacred Call to Adventure.
You might feel like you’re in the 'In-Between,' where the old rhythms of your cycle are fading, and the new version of you hasn't yet emerged. This can feel confusing and frustrating.
I am here to walk beside you.
In this 22-day initiation, we journey through the three Doshic realms to reclaim your vitality.
The Mystic Path of Perimenopause: Your Midlife Renewal
Week 1: Anchoring the Wind (Vata)
During perimenopause, the body shifts from pitta to vata which often creates imbalance in this dosha.
Our priority this week is to nourish the nervous system and anchoring the winds of change to create a stable foundation for our hormones and energy system.
We focus on grounding rituals, warm nourishment, and soothing the anxiety that often arrives in this transition.
Week 2: Melting the Stagnation (Kapha)
Spring is kapha season, a time when the body may feel heavier and more prone to congestion and allergies.
You may feel heavy, sluggish, and like you're carrying the weight of winter in your body and mind.
This week, we’ll ignite your internal fire to clear the heaviness, lift brain fog, and get your energy flowing with energising practices and light nourishment.
Week 3: Cooling the Fire (Pitta)
The sudden hot flushes and irritability that leave you feeling out of control? That’s the pitta dosha.
Learn soothing practices to reduce your inner heat, calm your mind, and protect your peace.
Our aim this week is to reduce excess heat with cooling foods and practices that restore harmony within your body, mind, and emotions.

Want to balance hormones naturally through movement, food, and mindset.
You are ready to rewrite your story from "surviving" to "thriving."
This is not for you if:

22-Day Reset: Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if I can’t make the live Sunday sessions?
Life happens! All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the portal within 24 hours. You can watch them in your own time and still follow along with the weekly themes.
Q: I’m not flexible and haven't done yoga in years. Can I still join?
Absolutely. This isn't "gym yoga." The 20-minute sequence is specifically designed for the perimenopausal body—focusing on grounding and stability rather than advanced poses.
Q: Is this a restrictive diet or a juice cleanse?
No. This is a nourishing reset. We focus on eating more of the right foods for your Dosha (like warm, grounding kitchari for Vata or cooling mung beans for Pitta) rather than starving your body during this sensitive transition.
Q: How much time do I need to commit daily?
The core daily practices (morning yoga and evening self-massage) take about 30–40 minutes total. The goal is to build a sustainable ritual, not an exhausting to-do list.
Q: Can I do this alongside HRT or other medications?
Yes. Ayurveda is an excellent complementary therapy. It supports your lifestyle and nervous system while you navigate conventional treatments. However, always consult your GP if you have specific medical concerns.
Q: What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat, a quiet space, and your favourite body oil (like sesame or coconut) for your self-massage. A simple shopping list for seasonal recipes will be provided in your welcome pack.
Q: Is there support if I feel overwhelmed?
Yes, our community portal is a safe space for "highly sensitive souls." You can ask questions throughout the 22 days, and our opening ceremony is specifically designed to ensure you feel held and supported.

““The program has been life-changing! It reduced my back pain and complimented my martial arts training. I wouldn’t have achieved my blackbelt without the support and expertise from Sharon’s programme.” Michelle Croston
“I LOVED Sharon’s Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop. It was so interesting to learn that we all need different foods depending on our unique mind-body type. I discovered how to eat for my constitution and what foods to avoid and consume more of. We made pineapple kitcheri and dahl handi. The food was delicious and wholesome. I am excited to make more food like this in the future. It was an inspiring workshop, and I gained a lot. Thank you, Sharon.” Denise Littlewood

I was in intense pain due to severe scoliosis, and Sharon knew the exact spot to place her hand. The healing was unbelievable. I felt a surge of energy fill my lower back and release the pain. The feeling afterwards was very emotional as I knew something had shifted. I can not thank Sharon enough for taking the time to do this for me.
