Life happens! All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the portal within 24 hours. You can watch them in your own time and still follow along with the weekly themes.

Q: I’m not flexible and haven't done yoga in years. Can I still join?
Absolutely. This isn't "gym yoga." The 20-minute sequence is specifically designed for the perimenopausal body—focusing on grounding and stability rather than advanced poses.

Q: Is this a restrictive diet or a juice cleanse?
No. This is a nourishing reset. We focus on eating more of the right foods for your Dosha (like warm, grounding kitchari for Vata or cooling mung beans for Pitta) rather than starving your body during this sensitive transition.

Q: How much time do I need to commit daily?
The core daily practices (morning yoga and evening self-massage) take about 30–40 minutes total. The goal is to build a sustainable ritual, not an exhausting to-do list.

Q: Can I do this alongside HRT or other medications?
Yes. Ayurveda is an excellent complementary therapy. It supports your lifestyle and nervous system while you navigate conventional treatments. However, always consult your GP if you have specific medical concerns.

Q: What equipment do I need?
